Although it is slightly dated (published in 2005), Ginsberg´s decision to provide more general information about eBay makes it useful even now. His conversational style makes it seem more like a story about his journey to becoming a PowerSeller than a "how-to" book. While this narrative format makes it an easy (and, at times, amusing) read, it also makes it slightly difficult to quickly look up information that one may need off hand.
