Very good book, although sad and disturbing. Received in great condition.
2) Mass Market Paperback Book The Darkest Night: Two Sisters, a Brutal Murder, and the Loss of Innocence in a Small Town by St. Martin´s True Crime. It´s a very good book; well written. Although, being an avid reader of True Crime, I like ALL the details and I felt there were a lot of details left out of this book. I would recommend it though.¤ 3) Mass Market Paperback Book The Darkest Night: Two Sisters, a Brutal Murder, and the Loss of Innocence in a Small Town by St. Martin´s True Crime. This well written nonfiction book is worth reading. The author makes you feel as though you have been to the town, met the family, and examined the crime scene. The crime is terrifying, but the author presents the details in a sensitive manner which I found comforting. The book comes with many excellent professional reviews which are accurate and deserved.¤ 4) Mass Market Paperback Book The Darkest Night: Two Sisters, a Brutal Murder, and the Loss of Innocence in a Small Town by St. Martin´s True Crime. I wanted to know more about the killers and less about all of the other people involved in the case. I didn´t care to know about the prosecutor´s life, or what he looked like, ect. This would have been a tighter better book had a lot of the descriptions been shorten. I like a book that gets to the point and not just fills the pages with words to hit certain page count.¤ 5) Mass Market Paperback Book The Darkest Night: Two Sisters, a Brutal Murder, and the Loss of Innocence in a Small Town by St. Martin´s True Crime. THE FALL by Ron Franscell. (A MUST HAVE)
6) Mass Market Paperback Book The Darkest Night: Two Sisters, a Brutal Murder, and the Loss of Innocence in a Small Town by St. Martin´s True Crime. Casper, Wyoming:1973. Eleven-year-old Amy Burridge rides with her eighteen-year-old sister, Becky, to the grocery store. When they finish their shopping, Becky’s car gets a flat tire. Two men politely offer them a ride home. But they were anything but Good Samaritans. The girls would suffer unspeakable crimes at the hands of these men before being thrown from a bridge into the North Platte River. One miraculously survived. The other did not. Years later, author and journalist Ron Franscell—who lived in Casper at the time of the crime, and was a friend to Amy and Becky—can’t forget Wyoming’s most shocking story of abduction, rape, and murder. Neither could Becky, the surviving sister. The two men who violated her and Amy were sentenced to life in prison, but the demons of her past kept haunting Becky…until she met her fate years later at the same bridge where she’d lost her sister.
