Astronomer Patrick Moore ponders the various theories of Flat Earthers, channelers, crystal gazers, people who believe we live on the inside of the Earth, and the like. He calls them Independent Thinkers -- I call them kooks. He´s a scientist (apparently self-taught) and does the Independent Thinkers the great disservice of taking them seriously. For example, he is ´ill-mannered enough´ to ask a man channeling Aetherius, an ET who can speak all Earth´s languages, questions in both French and Norwegian that Aetherius somehow can´t understand. The book is amusing, but has a slight mocking tone. A great read for skeptical thinkers, but it´ll be lost on the vast array of Stupid People(tm) who like to believe stupid things.. And summed up by saying Stupid People alert!. Currently Moore Can You Speak Venusian? has an overall rating of 10 over 10.
