I´ve laughed out loud. The characters are well developed and charming and not perfect. It is a total delight to go from one book to the next. I love these books and can´t wait for the last two in the series to come out!¤ 2) Paperback Book The Storm (The Sons of Destiny, Book 6) by Berkley Trade. It was a pretty good addition to the series although I was quite annoyed for the first 1/3 of the book. I found it awfully boring reading over what had already been written almost word for word in The Cat. I knew from the previous book that it would happen in same time, but I was hoping that Johnson would gloss over the repeats and focus on what was going on behind the scenes with Rora. What was good about this one was the unexpected playfulness Rydan. I loved the part where Rydan explained why he wore black (to annoy his brother who does the wash--since black was hard to prevent fading--ha!). The insecurities between the two of them was very well played off and realistic. Most of all I liked reading more about Morganan--the last brother. I axiously await his novel with his future bride Hope.¤ 3) Paperback Book The Storm (The Sons of Destiny, Book 6) by Berkley Trade. I began to read this series only to support a fellow rennie, but I must admit that, as a teacher of writing, it is very interesting to watch Ms. Johnson mature through her books. Her prose is improving with each "episode". She has created a very intricate, interesting world. My congratulations.¤ 4) Paperback Book The Storm (The Sons of Destiny, Book 6) by Berkley Trade. Was really looking forward to reading this book after reading the first five books in the series. What I would love to know is where the author gets her research from in the romance scenes as they are hot!hot!hot! Her imagination knows no bounds and keeps you coming back for more. I especially wanted to see what would happen with Rydan as I thought that he would be the hardest to find his mate. I was not disappointed, however, and look forward to finishing the series. I would highly recommend these books and this author to anyone I know - once you pick up these books, you cannot put them down!!!¤ 5) Paperback Book The Storm (The Sons of Destiny, Book 6) by Berkley Trade. Rydan has dreaded his prophecy. How could he ever give up his reign as the prophecy foretells? Worse yet, he fears that Rora of the Shifterai isn´t for him at all! Rora sees beneath Rydan´s prickly exterior to the man inside. Does Rora have the solution to Rydan´s problem? And what about Rora´s own secret? Things are about to heat up in Nightfall!
