It´s got plenty of information, has lots of quotations from the readings, mentions the subjectivity of everyone´s reaction to colours, stones, crystals, but still leaves you with some questions... You cannot easily know which one is best for you!
It should have some more information inside, I think, but that is up to the author to decide, research and write about!
