While others focused on HR, he said, ´Run faster.´ I read this book after reading a lot of other training books. I still grabbed some great information. For instance, cyclists seem to be obsessed about weight even at very beginner levels. Runners do not. However, weight is much more detrimental to a runner than a cyclist (marathoners don´t weigh over 145 even when they are 6´2´ while Lance and others can be 5´10´ 160 without a problem). But, the best advice from this book came from this statement, ´Stretch the muscles you use, strengthen those you don´t.´ Thus, as a triathlete stretch certain muscles, strengthen others, and you will be better off.
