I also liked the way it was written, not as dry as many travel guides I looked at. It gave lighthearted and informative
opinions about stores, bars, and hotels and wasn´t afraid to call something over-rated or touristy. It even helped me
located a neighborhood park for my dog who went with me this time.
Overall, it was a great guide for this city and one of only two I packed with me for the trip.. And summed up by saying excellent city guide. Currently Frommer´s San Francisco 2008 (Frommer´s Complete) has an overall rating of 8 over 10.
