This is a great book on SalesForce in the tried and true ´- For Dummies´ format. Covers a lot of the functionality of SalesForce in a well laid out manner. Between this book and "maximizing your sales with Salesforce.com" you should have everything you need on hand in your house/office to get you around SalesForce like a pro.¤ 3) Paperback Book Salesforce.com For Dummies (For Dummies (Computer/Tech)) by For Dummies. Good overview but lacking in detailed usage instructions. Need to have step by step walk throughs because the online help feature is very confusing. Also needs to reference more clearly what version of Salesforce and modules are needed for certain scenarios.¤ 4) Paperback Book Salesforce.com For Dummies (For Dummies (Computer/Tech)) by For Dummies. I couldn´t help noticing that there are 3 Five Star raving reviews of this book posted on the same day from Feb 6 2005 (Strange considering there are only 6 in total). If you´re considering this title in the Kindle edition - think twice. There are numerous screenshots which are simply too small to read. Text can be enlarged on the Kindle, but images cannot.
