1) Paperback Book Junie B. Jones and Some Sneaky Peeky Spying (Junie B. Jones, No. 4) by Random House Books for Young Readers. I generally dislike the Junie B. Jones books because of the terrible grammar and Junie B´s bad behavior. However, the books are funny, and my daughter loves to read them, so I don´t make a big issue of it. We correct the grammar as we read along.

This book contained a passage that really bothered me. Junie B. gets in trouble, and her mother asks her to apologize. Junie B. says: "A ´pology is the words I´m sorry. Except for you don´t actually have to mean it. ´Cause nobody can even tell the difference." What kind of thing is that to tell a child?! I´m glad we were reading this together so we could discuss that idea.¤

5) Paperback Book Junie B. Jones and Some Sneaky Peeky Spying (Junie B. Jones, No. 4) by Random House Books for Young Readers. The book I am reading is Junie B. Jones and Some Sneaky Peeky Spying. It is written by Barbara Par. I think this book deserves 4 stars because she always gets into trouble. This book is about Junie B. Jones is hiding in her grandpa´s hamper and she jumps out to scare him. He tells her mother and she said,"No more spying." But she doesn´t listen . The problem in the story she thinks her teacher stole a grape and sees her teacher kiss her husband. She went to school the next day and her friends said, "If you keep a secret in your head your head will blow up." So she went to the Nurse office and she asked for a band-aid but she accidentally blurts her secret to the nurse. The nurse sends her to the principal´s office. He calls her teacher down. I recommend this book to 4th-5th graders because it is childish, but funny.
