Then he asked for me to read it over and over. Yes, its a bit long for those tired nights but every time, it makes me laugh. The concept of weather providing food is so fun and clever and silly it just captures the imagination! The illustrations are just perfect for the story as well. This book is a true gem-- there is something in it that will make every child giggle during the course of reading it every time! There is obvious humor and subtle humor, so it appeals to all kids from ages 3 or 4 to about 8-ish easily.
