1) Paperback Book The First Lady by Dafina. If you´re looking for a decent read without much profanity, some drama, and inspiration than this should do it. I read it in one day and I enjoyed every page of it.¤

2) Paperback Book The First Lady by Dafina. Charlene, the loving and devoted wife of TK Wilson and first lady of First Jamaica Ministries, dies and from the grave, she attempts to regulate and determine who TK picks to marry and become the new first lady of FJM. As each of the characters receives a letter from the grave, read as their lives spin out of control as the ladies try to win TK´s heart and TK tries to find his perfect first lady.

Weber did a great job of keeping me interested in this story; however, I found his TK to be naive and lacking some backbone. I kept saying to myself, "Grow a pair, TK!" Weber creates four nifty personas in the characters of Lisa Mae, Monique, Savannah, and Marlene and I found myself chuckling at some of the dialogue and antics from these women. In my opinion, none of these "heffas" deserved to be first lady - a conniving witch, a slut, a spineless singer, and a crackhead - humph, slim pickings if you ask me.

Good one, Weber!¤

3) Paperback Book The First Lady by Dafina. It wasn´t what I expected, I was looking for something more on the lines of a preacher´s son. It was a excellent read, kept you expecting more. First Lady was more on the lines of a 12 year old read for school. IT was OK, but borrow it from somebody or the library.¤

4) Paperback Book The First Lady by Dafina. Oh my lawwwddd... lawwwwwdd..... lawd.... Lawddddd! He brought in the sisters 2 by 2, Marlene, Savannah, and Monique too, Charlene the control freak just trying to do right for her Husband, the Bishop, after she died!

Oh my lawwwddd... lawwwwwdd..... lawd.... Lawddddd! I don´t wanna judge and I don´t wanna seem mean but in this church I don´t wanna be seen. If you thought `Young and Restless´ was bad, well you don´t wanna see Lisa Mae when she´s mad!!

Oh my lawwwddd... lawwwwwdd..... lawd.... Lawddddd! Mmmmm hmmmmmm!! You head to the Lords house and for Jesus you´ll search, but I can´t believe you wore THAT to church!!!! I know the Lord said be fruitful and multiply but did he mean for you to show that much thigh?

Oh my lawwwddd... lawwwwwdd..... lawd.... Lawddddd! Carl Weber is a talent that I´m starting to like, unlike Trustee Black, his head´s on right! Hmmmmm hmmmmmm!!!¤

5) Paperback Book The First Lady by Dafina. i must say it was a good book i didn´t like the female that he picked. it was like she was the church whore an he deserve better than that. but it was a lesson learned dn´t go by wat people want you to go, go where your heart is. but she cud have presented herself better than that to. but thats all i can say i actually screamed when i read the ending omg!!! but good book good book¤

6) Paperback Book The First Lady by Dafina.

The national bestselling author of The Preacher´s Son and So You Call Yourself A Man returns with a scandalously spirited new novel about a woman who knows she´s her husband´s First Lady--but doesn´t want to be his last...

Charlene Wilson, First Lady of First Jamaica Ministries, has lived a good life with two wonderful children and her beloved husband, Bishop T.K. Wilson. Now the Lord is calling her home at the age of forty-four. She´s ready to go, but what will happen to T.K. after she´s gone?

The Bishop may be a man of God, but he´s still a man who needs a woman. Trouble is, T.K. is just as naïve as any other man when it comes to women--especially slick-ass, bible-toting, man-hungry church women. That´s why Charlene has planned a way to hang around in spirit--to make sure her replacement is a good one.

First in line is Marlene, the mother of T.K.´s illegitimate daughter, Tanisha. Then there´s Monique Johnson, First Lady of Plastic Surgery and Implants. The only thing real about Monique is how much she wants T.K. Next is Savannah Dickens, the church´s attractive new choir soloist, who´s also the daughter of a prominent church elder. And last but not least is Charlene´s good friend, Sister Lisa Mae Johnson, widow of Pastor Lee Jones.

With the help of her friend Alison, Charlene anticipates any scenario that might occur in a series of letters addressed to the lucky ladies. Alison has vowed to keep an eye on T.K.´s social life and deliver them as needed. No one else knows about the letters, but rest assured, they will shake up a whole lot of people. Charlene may soon be gone, but her presence will be felt...¤
