The author´s 90 minutes in heaven appear to be more like 90 minutes of imagination. I mean, he entered heaven through the golden gate, met all of his loved ones who had passed before him and they were still in their earthly bodies. He then discusses all of the types of bright light that he experienced. Each was lighter and brighter than the one before until he reached G-d, the brightest of all. To top it all, those there in human form had great wings. I have no idea what they could have been for unless heaven has the same atmosphere as earth. It all sounds like a children´s bible story. Then, the author mutters ´OOPS´ This is all I remember so I had better find something else to write about. Maybe I can fill in a couple of hundred pages telling readers about my injuries.
In my opinion, a God who could create the universe with 1,000,000,000,000 + stars, most with an untold number of planets and moons, could (and probably would) create more intelligent life than that on one very small insignificant planet. I´m also pretty sure some of them would have also made it to heaven.

Revell claimed Now available in large print and Spanish editions, 90 Minutes in Heaven is the runaway best seller of one man´s experience with death and life. As Baptist minister Don Piper was driving home from a conference, his car collided with a semi truck that crossed into his lane. He was pronounced dead at the scene. For the next 90 minutes, Piper experienced the glories of heaven, where he was greeted by those who had influenced him spiritually, and he experienced true peace. Back on earth, a passing minister who had also been at the conference was led to pray for the accident victim even though he was told Don was dead. Miraculously, Piper came back to life, and the pleasure of heaven was replaced by a long and painful recovery. For years Don Piper kept his heavenly experience to himself. Finally, friends and family convinced him to share his remarkable story. An inspiring and encouraging account, 90 Minutes in Heaven continues to touch and comfort hundreds of thousands of people around the world as it offers a glimpse of inexpressible heavenly bliss. Now even more people can experience Piper´s incredible story through these two new editions.
