They have done a great job in the narration, which helps ´getting into´ the story. The audio CD´s are high quality though there are lots of them, 11 to be exact. As far as content goes, The Goal is an excellent description of what is known as the Theory of Constraints (TOC). It helps evaluate your current process (not just in a production environment) and understand where you can improve. The interviews at the end are excellent for extending the use of The Goal to many other fields. I highly recommend it. . And summed up by saying The Goal for all.
