One thing, along with reading the book and doing what it says I personally believe you truly have to accept Jesus into your heart and give all your troubles to him or it wont work, frankly nothing will work without Jesus, I see that now. I did what the book said to do, go to church, read the bible for 15 minutes a day and pray about EVERYTHING. Even small silly things. Galatians 5:22-23 says But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. I used to be so angry, in just weeks that anger has melted away, God can do amazing work in you. If you have tried everything and are at your wits end then try this, it will be the last book you will need. Follow what this book says, truly give your life to God and you will have these fruits.
