1) Paperback Book What's to Eat? The Milk-Free, Egg-Free, Nut-Free Food Allergy Cookbook by Plumtree Pr. Everything I have tried in this book has turned out wonderful. I have several other dairy-free, egg-free cookbooks and they all call for exotic ingredients or Egg Replacer product which makes all my baked goods have a strange salty taste. With this cookbook, I have made delicious cakes, brownies, muffins and cookies completely dairy and egg free. I am sending my recipes to my friends to use for my kids. Thanks so much Linda Coss. I´ll be the first to buy your next cookbook!¤

2) Paperback Book What's to Eat? The Milk-Free, Egg-Free, Nut-Free Food Allergy Cookbook by Plumtree Pr. I must say, this cookbook was and has continued to be a saving grace for my family!! My son, who is now almost 4-years-old and allergy free now, had a terrible problem with milk and egg allergy and slight allergy to peanut in the beginning. He now, thanks in part to these recipes and my staying completely away from all of these for a long period of time has outgrown his allergies. I must say though, there are recipes in this book that will be with me forever. I have friends who have kids with allergies and I am able to provide them with recipe ideas or make them myself, especially at birthday parties so the children do not feel left out. Most of the cookbooks I found did not give you the substitutes, it would just tell you to substitute with something that is egg-free or milk free. What help is that? This cookbook, however, gave you everything.

These products are out there and so much better than you could imagine. If your child suffers from allergies, I highly recommend this cookbook to you!!! My children whole family has enjoyed the recipes it provides.¤

3) Paperback Book What's to Eat? The Milk-Free, Egg-Free, Nut-Free Food Allergy Cookbook by Plumtree Pr. I am a huge fan of Ms. Coss´ first cookbook, WHAT´S TO EAT? THE MILK-FREE, EGG-FREE, NUT-FREE FOOD ALLERGY COOKBOOK. My son is allergic to all three things mentioned in the title, so I knew I had to have it. There are so many wonderful recipes and helpful hints in this cookbook. There is one recipe in this book, though, that makes it definitely worth the cover price for me. It´s the recipe for Holiday Cut-Out Cookies. Every holiday, birthday and major event, my friend and I make cut-out cookies and decorate them. They are always a huge hit with the kids (and many parents too!) Of course, my son could never eat them because sugar cookies are filled with butter, eggs and milk. He didn´t really care until he turned 3, and then he began begging me for his own cookies -- it just broke my heart. Thanks to Ms. Coss´ cookbook, I can now make him cut-out cookies; and just last month for his birthday, I make him ones that looked like the characters in the Cars Movie. As a mother of a young child who is always being left out at parties when it comes to food, this recipe has really changed his life.

4) Paperback Book What's to Eat? The Milk-Free, Egg-Free, Nut-Free Food Allergy Cookbook by Plumtree Pr. This cookbook is so USED at our house that big chunks are coming out of the binding! It´s great! Namely, the Pancake and Chocolate Cake recipes! I gave copies to my sister and parents, too; so that when my son visits them, they would have a ready supply of recipes to keep him fed. Well worth every penny!

5) Paperback Book What's to Eat? The Milk-Free, Egg-Free, Nut-Free Food Allergy Cookbook by Plumtree Pr. Thank you so much for your wonderful cook book. I felt it was wrote just for my family!. I have 3 boys and my youngest is 16 months old and has severe food allergies to nuts, eggs and dairy. Since finding out his allergies at 12 months I have felt stumped with what to make for family meals that we can all eat with out feeling like a short order cook make separate items for Levi. Due to his asthma and food allergies he is small for his age and I am always worried hes not getting enough carbs. For months now we have been feeding him fruit, veggies and meat almost only because I can only find limited things to mean his restrictions. But to much fruit and veggies was upsetting his tummy so when I started looking for allergy cookbooks I was disappointed that they all were for the top 8, I didn´t want to take out more out of his diet than I had to until I came across your cookbook. It was exactly the same allergies we have I was soo ecstatic I immediately ordered it and called my mom to tell her there was hope! Thank you so much. I have had in only 2 weeks but have made at least 8 items so far and the whole family loves it. finally we are having family meals again! This book has been such a answer to prayer! My kids who are all skinny love the latkes and I´m happy to make something that will stick to there bones, and the chocolate chip bunt cake is a favorite here now, I even made it in regular pans for a birthday cake because my 6 year old loved it so much asked for it for his birthday! And tonight we are trying the wheat germ and jam chicken recipe.

I just want you to know how much I love this book and I am so thankful that you took the time to compile all your egg, dairy and nut wisdom for other moms out there with the same battles.
