Anyone who has experienced bullying or esteem issues will appreciate this frank first-person account of the author´s preteen and teenage years. Practical tools are given to empower your adolescent along with much hope and encouragement that there is a light at the end of the tunnel.¤

I wound up reading the entire book in one sitting. It is well written, captures the problems teens are facing and has excellent pointers on how to deal with things like bullying, low self esteem, dating, etc. It´s writen from a personal point of view where the author tells of his own experiences. I would highly recommend for teens and pre-teens. It´s a great gift for parents, grandparents or friends to give to a pre-teen or teen. I also bought one for our youth minister to review for our church youth.¤
