1) Paperback Book T'Ai Chi for Seniors: How to Gain Flexibility, Strength, and Inner Peace by New Page Books. This book is boring. Its illustrations were done on an old black and white copier. It is pretty much a waste of time and definitely a waste of money. I was looking at Tai Chi DVDs and somehow I bought this. Wonderless.

I did however, buy Sunrise Tai Chi and Sunset Tai Chi and these are great. They each have an hour long demonstration section which I am still working on which are done slowly enough so I can see what is happening and follow along. These are 5 star products.¤

2) Paperback Book T'Ai Chi for Seniors: How to Gain Flexibility, Strength, and Inner Peace by New Page Books. I enjoyed reading this book and have already benefited from the exercises.
I recommed it to all seniors.¤
