1) Paperback Book Javascript How-To: The Definitive Javascript Problem-Solver (How-to) by Waite Group Press. This is a thick book, not meant to be read, but to be used as a guide. You can cut and paste code snipits from the book to put together Javascript applications.¤

2) Paperback Book Javascript How-To: The Definitive Javascript Problem-Solver (How-to) by Waite Group Press. I find JavaScript How-To very well organized and easy to read. I find the information I´m looking for fast, which is what I need to complete my web projects. Very good examples on almost every topic make this book one of the best.¤

3) Paperback Book Javascript How-To: The Definitive Javascript Problem-Solver (How-to) by Waite Group Press. For people who need to get things done quickly using JavaScript, this book can be extremely helpful. It is best used as a reference text in conjunction with other lower-level handbooks. Unless you have some programming experience, I would not recommend this book as a tutorial or introduction to JavaScript, but it is a valuable source of many effective techniques that can shorten your development time.¤

4) Paperback Book Javascript How-To: The Definitive Javascript Problem-Solver (How-to) by Waite Group Press. Gives lots of examples- for the more experienced internet prgmr who learns quicker from examples rather than learning from "textbooks." Most examples are not fully explanatory - another JavaScript book (textbook-type) might be necessary, but, on the whole, book gives good examples to quicken internet development.¤

5) Paperback Book Javascript How-To: The Definitive Javascript Problem-Solver (How-to) by Waite Group Press. One of the worst computer books I read in many years. After reading 1/3 of the book I realized I was wasting my company time and decided to get another book instead. Most How-To books by the Waite Group Press are very good but the authors of this book didn´t seem to have the right approach in explaining the features in a clear fluent manner. The authors explained topics that were ahead of readers in upcoming chapters or assumed the readers knowledge of internet or Netscape jargons. I found other javascript books much better written.¤

6) Paperback Book Javascript How-To: The Definitive Javascript Problem-Solver (How-to) by Waite Group Press. JavaScript How-To provides all the tips, tricks, and techniques required to use the scripting language efficiently and effectively. This comprehensive reference to JavaScript provides detailed discussion of common, real-world JavaScript problems.¤
