The recipies are clear and concise and quite yummy! I´ve rarely bought bottled or store bought dressing since I´ve owned this book! This is a cute and informative little cookbook, and as far as I´m concerned, a kitchen classic and cookbook library staple! Enjoy!¤

Recipies are organized by catagory such as Vinagrettes and fruit based. Many are recommended to keep for only 2-4 days. The result is a larger portion than one family can have in a sitting.
