Loren Christensians´ book is a spectacular first volume that provides classic and modern, traditional and innovated ways, tips, and drills to help make one a quicker, faster, and better martial artist and fighter. I have read a few of his books over the years and I should review more of his books because I revisit them often. While many of these methods and ideas I knew and have taught to students myself, I found his ability to provide the material in a concise, yet comprehensive manner. Further, there were many things I learned and tried, finding it agreeable. I first purchased "The Fighter´s Body: An Owner´s Manual: Your Guide to Diet, Nutrition, Exercise and Excellence in the Martial Arts" and found it to be very practical and focused on what I needed to focus on as a studying martial artists.
