I realized my anxiety was a lack of Faith in the Lord. Listening to the CDs helps to put my day into perspective and remind me of all the blessings that have been provided to me and my family by the Lord.

I never read the Bible and this is a great tool for anyone wanting to bring themselves closer to the Lord. I plan on purchasing several more to give as gifts during Christmas.
