I do agree with some of the comments that the artwork in this book (and Corgiville Kidnapping) are not quite up to Tasha´s usual standards. I do not think this is due to any printing errors, so much as Tasha´s failing eyesight as she got older. I remember seeing a television program about Tasha in which she was shown working on ´The Great Corgiville Kidnapping´. You could tell from the shots of her applying the watercolor that the book had a more ´sketchy´ look than ´Corgiville Fair´. The drawings are not quite as ´finished´ as her earlier works, and the color palette was darker.
However, there are still some fine illustrations, and you can see the artistic vision behind even the more sketchier ones. ´Corgiville Christmas´ is a sweet book for the holidays that I recommend for Tasha´s fans and for corgi lovers.. And summed up by saying For Tudor and Corgi Fans Only.... Currently Corgiville Christmas has an overall rating of 8 over 10.

Hand Print claimed In this third story set in imaginary Corgiville, home to corgis, cats, rabbits and some eccentric families, Christmas is coming. Mr. and Mrs. Bigbee Brown warm themselves by the wood stove as they drink their tea. Mr. Chicahominy, his two wives, and mother-in-law live in a house overlooking the pond. During the season he puts his haberdashery on wheels, peddling by wagon all about town. Families make special wreaths for the animals, and age Dundee cake for months. Finally, on December 25, the parlor door opens to reveal a magnificent Christmas tree with lighted candles and shining ornaments.
