I received the above item with a battery that was corroded. I installed a new, uncorroded battery into the graphing calculator but the calculator did not work. I contacted the company and they reported that in 2 years they have never had a complaint. They did instruct me to mail it back with a copy of the e-mail regarding the problem with the calculator.
