If you haven´t read his books, I´d also strongly recommend Simplicity and Work 2.0. Same practical, day-to-day advice. He´s said that simplicity is just the discipline of common sense. So I guess Radical Simplicity is even more discipline on the basics we all know we should be practicing, but aren´t.¤
