It is such a beautiful display of fine art photography in the way the images are printed. The articles are fantastic and some are very inspiring with information that you may not have known previously. It makes photography very personal and also very diverse in what you can do with your skills and talent. I highly recommend this magazine to any and all photographers, it´s worth the subscription.¤ 2) Magazine Magazine Lenswork by Lenswork Publishing. I´m not a techy camera person, but I do appreciate quality b&w photography and the creativity of active photographers. Lenswork magazine highlights quality work and provides interview info on the artists. It´s like attending gallery openings! I enjoy it, and the format lets me experience the photographs myself. It´s a well-done, intelligent publication. Worth the price!¤ 3) Magazine Magazine Lenswork by Lenswork Publishing. The print quality is some of the best I have seen in any magazine. It focuses on the creative aspects of photography and does so well. However - it measures 7 inches by (just under) 8 1/2 inches which is not revealed anywhere on the description and surprisingly not mentioned in other reviews. It´s small! If not for the ridiculous size I would give it 4 stars with out hesitation.
4) Magazine Magazine Lenswork by Lenswork Publishing. This is perhaps my favorite Photography magazine. The printing is fantastic as is the subject matter. I really like the fact there are no ads in it at all. So many photography mags are just an extended catalog for B&H or Adorama that this is a breath of fresh air.
5) Magazine Magazine Lenswork by Lenswork Publishing. There´s a lot to like about Lenswork - the selection of images, the quality of the printing, Bill Jay´s "End Notes" - but the thing I like the most is that there is almost no discussion of equipment. Brooks Jensen (the editor/publisher) doesn´t appear to care what camera you used to make a photograph, or how many miles through a raging blizzard you hiked to make it. All that matters is the image. And after you´ve finished looking at the images, you´ll find a lot of wisdom and practical information packed into each issue, too.
6) Magazine Magazine Lenswork by Lenswork Publishing. Lenswork is a book-quality, paper-based, anthology-style periodical publication which focuses on photography and the creative process. Non-technical and non-academic, with emphasis on the creative aspects of photography, each issue featuring articles, interviews, and photographic portfolios.¤ Page Updated: Robert N.
