1) Audio CD Music Perfect Weight by . This is a meditation that seeks to connect the user to God through her spiritual center. If you´re not into holistic therapies, this is NOT the product for you.

If, however, you are into that sort of thing (as I am), this is a good CD. Kathy has a soothing voice, and the guided meditation is helpful. A couple things that could be better: I wish she allowed more time during the initial relaxation phase, and the music toward the end of the CD is a bit cheesy. Overall, though, I´m glad I bought it.

I have a difficult time with meditation, but I´m sticking with it, hoping that it will become easier with practice.¤

2) Audio CD Music Perfect Weight by . An interesting idea. Unfortunately I listen right before bed and it keeps putting me to sleep because I am so relaxed by Kathy´s relaxation techniques. It´s GREAT though because, even though I have not heard the whole CD, I sleep soundly. ;-) Also, I appreciate the ideas I HAVE heard. Learning to love ourselves is essential. Visualization is also a great way to convince ourselves of what we really want. Kathy uses visualization techniques effectively. I like what I have heard so far...¤

3) Audio CD Music Perfect Weight by . This is a pretty lame product. The author gets rich and you get taken. Forget it. If they had stars in the minus category, that´s where this product belongs.¤

4) Audio CD Music Perfect Weight by . I found the CD very boring. I tried to listen to it while driving and it was a good thing that I did not fall asleep and get into an accident. Maybe I should try this again in a quiet room.¤

5) Audio CD Music Perfect Weight by . Kathy´s voice is very enjoyable, pleasant and soothing. The background
music and natural sounds are ingeniously combined and set the changing mood of the mediation. I look forward to listening daily.
