1) Audio Download Book Brisingr: The Inheritance Cycle, Book 3 (Unabridged) by audible.com. When I found out that the Inheritance trilogy will have a 4th book, I thought to myself "Please god, let it not be another Wheel of Time series". After reading Brisingr I can say - Wheel of Time it is not, as the descriptions and dialogues in the book are quite immaturish compared to the wonderful but unnecessary descriptions and dialogues in Wheel of Time.

First problem in this book, unlike the first two it seems to be a dialogue driven rather than plot/story driven. Everybody seems to talk a lot, pages upon pages and sometimes going into ramblings. Eragon and Saphira conversations are so childish, I snickered at times, and yes they are pages long.

Second problem, and this is a problem of many fantasy series, the plot branches out into totally unnecessary areas. Dwarven king election drags on forever, although the result is quite obvious; Eragon debates should he eat meat or starve to death, and then the guilt he feels after eating the meat - is that really necessary?

Third problem is the new explanation who is Eragon´s father. Eragon now seems less interesting and more one-dimensional as a character.

I do not want to go into nitpicking but there are many patch works in the books. So I was disappointed. It is ok as it manages to move the plot forward but I really hope the forth book is the final one of the series.¤

2) Audio Download Book Brisingr: The Inheritance Cycle, Book 3 (Unabridged) by audible.com. I really enjoyed this book. I think it was the best of the three, so far, and can´t wait for the fourth book to be completed. The characters are coming alive and are very realistic. Nice job.¤

3) Audio Download Book Brisingr: The Inheritance Cycle, Book 3 (Unabridged) by audible.com. I m sorry to say it but I was a little disappointed by this book. I love the Eragon Saga - it s not a trilogy anymore - but in this book I do not find the spirit of a good writer. There are some pages written as the author plays Heroes and in some pages you just start asking yourself why do you read this book. The last pages are good and it seems to me that Paolini concentrated all his ideas there.¤

4) Audio Download Book Brisingr: The Inheritance Cycle, Book 3 (Unabridged) by audible.com. This book, as well as the previous two, is awesome. I just love it, I can read it over and over and over again. The whole series is movie worthy, they need to make the sequels to the Eragon movie they made. I have fallen in love with the characters, especially Eragon and Saphira. It is GREAT!!!!¤

6) Audio Download Book Brisingr: The Inheritance Cycle, Book 3 (Unabridged) by audible.com. OATHS SWORN . . . loyalties tested . . . forces collide.

Following the colossal battle against the Empire’s warriors on the Burning Plains, Eragon and his dragon, Saphira, have narrowly escaped with their lives. Still there is more at hand for the Rider and his dragon, as Eragon finds himself bound by a tangle of promises he may not be able to keep.

First is Eragon’s oath to his cousin Roran: to help rescue Roran’s beloved, Katrina, from King Galbatorix’s clutches. But Eragon owes his loyalty to others, too. The Varden are in desperate need of his talents and strength—as are the elves and dwarves. When unrest claims the rebels and danger strikes from every corner, Eragon must make choices— choices that take him across the Empire and beyond, choices that may lead to unimagined sacrifice.

Eragon is the greatest hope to rid the land of tyranny. Can this once-simple farm boy unite the rebel forces and defeat the king?¤
